This year, as part of the activities of the RFA Wave Knight in Panama, a group of sailors participated in a visit organised by King’s College to the Hogar Divino Niño an orphanage located in Clayton. Together with students from King’s College they renovated the orphanage’s children’s play area. The Hogar Divino Niño was created in 1993 and houses children from 0 – 5 years old. HMA Dr. Ian Collard, also joined the team that worked on the restoration of this recreational space for children. This was part of King’s Panama’s ongoing social responsibility relationship with the orphanage.
